Jorge's Garage

If I could give a negative billion stars I would this is the WORST company I ever worked with and I dispatched tow trucks for a living. I know how flatbeds load, I know how rollbacks load, I know when skates or wheel lift and dollies are needed. I had my car pulled into my driveway so they could do what every other towing company has done in this same driveway which is back in up to the car, not perpendicular to the car a building away from the vehicle. My car starts but won't drive that far without stalling and there were vehicles in the road and not safe to move my car to him. Tow trucks have to back up to the back of the vehicle and he refused. Victor arrived 40 minutes late and as a result would not get the car to the dealer before it closed as intended. He gave attitude from the minute he walked up then had his boss call give excuses that they worried they would damage my driveway which is going to be repaved soon anyway so thats moot. They then lied to AAA who it was contracted through and said I insisted they attach the chain to the front of the car so they are refusing to tow it. Thats a lie. I have it intentionally positioned so they can back up to it like a normal tow tru

A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold. I'm so happy I took my 19 yr old truck to Jorge's. The service was exceptional. Mano communicated with me throughout the entire repair. They did a great job and the price couldn't be beat. I will be taking all my cars there for future repairs and maintenance. Well done Jorge's!

I took my car here for an inspection and when I got it back, it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. Someone clearly smoked inside my vehicle during the inspection. That is completely unacceptable. A customer’s car is not a place to smoke. I don’t smoke, and now I have to deal with the smell in my interior because of this. I can overlook a lot of things, but smoking in someone else’s car is a hard no. I won’t be returning.

I have visited this mechanic shop twice and have been satisfied both times with their customer service and repair work. They are honest, reasonably priced, and professional. As a woman, I appreciate that there is a woman working at the front desk-it makes the experience less stressful. The only downside is that their waiting room is small, but that's the least of my concerns. I rate this place a 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to everyone.
